Orders
We will endeavour to get your order despatched within 14 days, however due the production process, delays can occur. We will email as soon as we know of any delays with your order.
We reserve the right to put an order on hold if you have used the incorrect ordering button, we will email you to settle request for more money or refund overspend.
 
Shipping
UK orders - will be sent by INSURED SPECIAL DELIVERY.
Rest of World and europe orders - will be send INSURED AIRSURE AIR MAIL. We will fill in all custom forms truthfully, all buyers are liable for any additional local taxes or custom payments.
 
Returns
We like to keep our customers happy, so please email us first with any issues. We will except returns for any unused item, with all packaging, returned to us [see address below] within 30 days of despatch from us.
If the item is returned outside the conditions mentioned above please note we will either return the item to you at your cost or not refund the original payment.
 
Privacy
We will not give or sell your details to any third parties. We may on occasion email you with news and offers about Tikiracer. You can have your email name removed from this list at any time.
